TingXieXie Pro may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and lifetime unlock. Specific products, prices, billing periods, and benefits are subject to the final information shown in the App Store and in-app purchase page.
订阅会自动续订，除非您在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。购买确认时将通过 Apple ID 扣费。您可以在系统“设置”或 App Store 的订阅管理中查看、管理或取消订阅。永久解锁为一次性购买，不会自动续费。
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation. You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions in system Settings or App Store subscription management. Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew.

The high-quality audio feature sends text to a cloud speech synthesis service to generate audio and downloads the result to local cache. This feature depends on network connectivity, cloud service availability, and third-party service stability. If the cloud service is temporarily unavailable, the app may use standard audio or ask you to try again later.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you enter, import, or practice in the app is lawfully owned or authorized by you. Do not use the app to process illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexual, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content. Subscriptions and Pro benefits are for reasonable personal use only and may not be resold, shared, rented, cracked, bypassed, or used for abnormal bulk requests.

All subscriptions, in-app purchases, refunds, and App Store distribution are subject to Apple’s applicable rules. If this Agreement conflicts with Apple platform terms, Apple platform terms prevail. The app and its benefits are licensed to the end user for personal use only and do not constitute a transfer of ownership.
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。如发生争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，提交我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent People’s Court at our place of domicile.
